So ..Pizza hut Beaufort already here ..the area is One Beaufort...and not far from Petronas oil station ..but me ...can 't eat pizza ..sugar inside pizza too high ..am a diabetes patient ..

Some time ..walk around ...go to post office.and sit at the coffee shop ...hope friend can meet me ..talk about daily life...After that home.

                             Time here..already 21:39 minute ...9.27..pm still early ...perhaps , am sleep will be 11 .00 pm ..before midnight here..

              Henry Yap is my up line in Gano Excel ...we went at Little Town near the Railway station ,Beaufort ,Sabah ...well known before North Borneo ..in history time ..we are talk about new marketing plan .lunch in June ..last month...Gano Excel is MLM company ..all best in career in MLM business ...O Yes !!!

 This is my friend from facebook ...so came with her friend visit Beaufort and also me .She wearing black dress ..she use name Tinodok Diawus..just memory ..real person ..

                                         Friend and classmate ....we meet reunion 2015...                                        Mary ,me ,Hermes and Samsiah....                                       Me ..Anne Chung ,Saimon Wong and am not remember his name..                                        It is long time not see them ..30 year not meet ..only this reunion .                               With chief minister ,YAB Datuk Musa Aman ,he also ex -student St .Paul ..1970s.. in memory picture.

Just reflection  ..on our way ...God show us to way of salvation through Love and Mercy ..all from Bible reading / sharing too..we need work together with God in good deed ..help each other when struggle in life..
